In-person cuddle sessions are usually paid for in cash at the beginning of our meeting. Electronic payment options are provided for use if they are your preference, or if I have requested a deposit.
Early termination of session
Payment is always required to be made in full at the start of an in-person session, or before the start of a virtual session. If the cuddle is terminated early due to inappropriate behaviour on your part or not following any of the guidelines in the code of conduct or FAQs, you will not receive any refund for the session.
Payment for in-person sessions
If you cancel a fully paid in-person session with 24+ hours' notice then you will receive a refund in full or the option to reschedule. If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice you will be able to transfer your payment for a session on another date within 30 days of the original session date, or you can receive a refund minus a £25 cancellation fee. If a rescheduled session is cancelled you will receive a refund minus a £25 cancellation fee.
Deposits for in-person sessions
These payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Cancellation by me
In the unlikely event that I need to cancel a session (it's never happened yet!) then you will be refunded any deposit or payment in full, and offered a 20% discount if you wish to reschedule a session within the next 30 days.
